I know some of you have *ahem* some kind of grip strength so choose a hardy spoon you can't bend in a normal mind state.
Today I want to discuss some philosophical perspectives helpful to this work, "maybe so, maybe no." I have some thinky thought stories to share which might help illuminate why it's important to embrace uncertainty. Then we can share any experience we've had practicing this past week.
Then we will dive into Wave 1 Track 3 which is 36 minutes long. After which we will have a five minute break to take notes, stretch, drink water, etc. Afterwards we will use the rest of our session time to discuss the experience we had during the meditation.
I will briefly discuss some of the biology primer I sent last week, then the group can share their experiences practicing the first session this past week. Next we will do the second session meditation, which is about 30 minutes. Afterwards we will discuss.
For this initial meeting of Flight Club - Practical I will first take about 30 minutes to share my experiences a bit. Then we will do a 30 minute meditation. We will then discuss our experiences in this meditation.
